MAAN ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or service has been delivered.

Refunds

  • If a customer is not satisfied with our product/service, they may be eligible for a refund after verification.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered or substantially performed
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Delay caused by third-party service providers
